Registration Forms Announcement
The NEC has become aware that the "Year of Birth" section on our registration forms has been causing challenges for clubs. With this in mind this we are making it optional with immediate effect.
As an organisation, it is important to collect relevant data, including age demographics, to better understand the needs of our members as we move forward. Both Sport Ireland and potential sponsors regularly request this demographic data, which is why we encourage clubs to provide as much information as possible on the registration forms.
In terms of contact details, it is crucial that at least one method—either a phone number or email address—is provided. We prefer email addresses, as this allows us to communicate directly with members regarding important updates, such as event announcements and deadlines.
Pitch and Putt Ireland follows all GDPR procedures to ensure that personal data is handled securely and responsibly. We want to assure you that all information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in full compliance with GDPR regulations. We will not share any personal data with third parties without consent. Your privacy and the protection of your data are our top priorities.
