PPUI Announce Details of 2019 Secondary Schools Competition
The PPUI today announced details of the 2018/19 Secondary Schools Competition and made entry forms available. The Munster Finals this year are to be played in Larkspur Park P&P Club, Cashel, Co. Tipperary on Friday 10th May, with the Leinster Final taking place in Glenville P&P Club, Co. Dublin on the same date. Any qualifying, if required, will take place on Wed 10th April (this date is flexible and can be played any day of that week). The All-Ireland Final will take place in McDonagh P&P Club, The Curragh, Co. Kildare on Fri 17th May.
***Cork Schools*** Please note that all schools from Cork must also enter the Cork Secondary Schools competition as this is a qualifying event for Munster. Details and entry forms can be obtained from Mark Keohane [email protected].
The PPUI would like to encourage all clubs to try and get a team entered from their local secondary school. This is an opportunity to get juveniles playing P&P early in the year and into their local club practicing over the Easter break.
