The National Handicap System Sub Committee held the first of two seminars on the proposed new Handicap System for 2016 today at the Abbeyleix Manor Hotel. A crowd of approximately 50 administrators were in attendance and a full explanation of the proposal as it stands today was provided. The next meeting will serve as a training seminar, anyone who wishes to attend can do so and should bring along sample score data and a laptop computer so that they can access the online system and work through real examples with the trainers on the day.
