Motions and proposals for the consideration of the Annual General Meeting must be in writing (properly proposed and seconded) and received by the Honorary Secretary on or before Wednesday 1st November 2023
Similarly, nominations (properly proposed and seconded) for the positions of Honorary Chairperson, Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer must be in writing and received by the Honorary Secretary on or before Wednesday 1st November 2023
Persons offering themselves for election to any of the above officer positions must signify in writing their intention to act if elected.
