Eamon Gibney and Marian Byrne crowned Gents and Ladies Winners At Glenville
Meath's Eamon Gibney was crowned 2014 Irish International Open champion in Glenville this afternoon with a score of 25 under par for 54 holes. He held off the challenge of Liam O'Donovan from Limerick in second on 22 under par with Westmeath's Alan Hanlon third on 20 under par.
The Ladies was won by Kildare's Marian Byrne on six under par as she had a one shot win over defending champion Offaly's Tracey McGrath in second. In third place was Margaret Hogan (Tullamore).
The Over 55's section was won by Pacelli Darcy with 12 under par with Dublin's Anthony Malone second.
