The NEC have announced the extension of the period for members to apply to their club if they feel they are entitled to the once off 1.5 increase in their handicap, this will be checked by the NEC and if applicable will be applied.

All Clubs may carry out a review of their members handicaps and if they feel the player warrants an increase (1 shot) they can send in the application to the NEC for consideration.
