Liam O'Donovan wins at Lleida

Reigning Irish National Gents Senior Strokeplay Champion Liam O’Donovan from Bruff was the winner of the ninth Catalan International Pitch & Putt Open in Lleida last weekend.
The Bruff native had a 54 hole total of 20 under par, four clear of Kieran Earls from Parteen on 16 under (it was the second year in-a-row that Earls finished as runner-up) while a third player from a Limerick registered course, Pacelli Darcy from Bruff, won the Seniors prize with 12 under par.
William Buckley Jnr from the Erry club in Co Offaly was the other Irish player to finish in the Top 10 with 11 under par.
