Cara is a national pan-disability sport organisation providing a collaborative and partnership platform to increase sport and physical activity opportunities for people with disabilities across Ireland.
A number of clubs have alreay signed up for Cara's Sport Inclusion Disability Charter and we would encourage clubs to sign up to this initiative. The Charter outlines five key areas people with disabilities are asking organisations to consider when making sport accessible for them.
