Bord na Móna Cup – Wednesday, 8th July 2026
The Bord na Móna Cup took place on Wednesday evening in glorious warm and sunny conditions, with the course presented in outstanding condition. The excellent playing surfaces were a credit to our dedicated course maintenance team, whose tireless work throughout the year ensures the course is always at its very best. A huge thank you to everyone involved for their continued commitment.
A strong field competed over 36 holes in what proved to be a closely contested competition. Congratulations to Andrew Coyne, who produced an excellent 36 Nett score of 91 to claim the Bord na Móna Cup and the maximum 12 Player of the Year points.
The leading finishers were:
1st: Andrew Coyne – 36 Nett 91 (12 points)
2nd: Jack Donoghue – 36 Gross 102 (10 points)
3rd: Martin White – 18N/18G 100 (8 points)
4th: Colm Yeates – 18N/18G 100 (7 points)
5th: Derek McKevitt – 18N/18G 101 (6 points)
6th: Jim Gill – 18N/18G 102 (5 points)

Best 18 Nett: Gerard Greene – 46N
Best 18 Gross: Conor Coyne – 50G
