Applications must be made on the appropriate form between 1st and 15th January and between 1st and 15th August. Copies of all applications shall be forwarded by Central Office to the appropriate County/Regional Board. Any objection to an application must be received in writing by Central Office on or before 15th February and 15th September.  Increase in handicap is effective from 1st March and 1st October. Players renewing registration after a lapse shall be registered on last handicap.
