The All-Ireland Secondary Schools Competition takes place at St. Bridget's tomorrow, the 26th October. The action gets underway with a shotgun start at 11.30am.

Fourteen teams will take part in the Competition. Among the favourites will be the holders, Coláiste an Chraoibhín from Fermoy who were Runners Up at the Munster Finals at Majestic earlier in the month. Also in contention will be the victors that day, Davis College from Mallow who are making a big impact on their debut in the Schools Competitions.

From a Leinster perspective St. Joseph’s, Rochfortbridge will surely contend. They recently claimed the Leinster title and have pedigree at this level, claiming the inaugural All Ireland Schools Competition at Tullamore in 2010. St. Mary’s from Drogheda will also have a good chance. The three lads from the Bellewstown club failed to retain their Leinster title by just a shot two weeks ago and will be confident of showing improvement.

There are ten other schools from both provinces who will also believe they can contend tomorrow. You can follow the scores as they are posted online tomorrow. You can access the scoreboard from the link below. There will also be a competition report tomorrow evening.
