Convention 2019
The 2019 Convention of the Pitch and Putt Union of Ireland will take place in the Templemore Arms Hotel, Templemore on Saturday 9th March 2019 at 11.00am SHARP. All delegates are requested to attend in good time. If the business of the Convention is not concluded on the Saturday, Convention will be reconvened on Sunday 10th March 2019.
The Convention shall consist of the Officers of the NEC, three representatives of each County/Regional Board and one representative from each Club properly affiliated to the Pitch and Putt Union of Ireland.
Notice of Motions, Recommendations and Nominations for NEC Officers must reach the PPUI Office on or before the close of business on the 18th February 2019.

Motions/Recommendations.
Article 47 of the PPUI Constitution states that- :
"The Annual Convention of a County/Regional Board shall be held not later than the 9th February and of the Pitch and Putt Union of Ireland not later than the 15th March of each year. To have voting rights at Conventions, a Club and members attending shall be Affiliated and Registered not later than 19 clear days before the date thereof."
