We hope that most Clubs will avail of this facility, Affiliation and Registrations can now be done online. Payment can be made in two ways, Cheque or by Electronic Transfer, details are on the Forms. If a Club wants Affiliation and Registration Forms sent to them, they must contact the PPUI Office at 01 6251110 or e-mail: [email protected].
